Since its foundation JSC «SMARTS» has been substantively supporting cultural institutions of Samara, public foundations, temples and etc. The company considers maintenance of Russian charity traditions as its duty.

JSC «SMARTS» has strengthen its status as a stable, powerful enterprise and a coordinating operator for the number of regions and republics of the Volga and the Ural regions and nowadays the company proceeds to a new level of its development. «SMARTS» network also includes Ivanovo region and Krasnodarsk Territory.

For a few years JSC «SMARTS» has been a general sponsor of Valery Grushin bardic song club. On the jubilee XXXth Grushin festival, bards from 16 regions were invited. They performed under aegis of «SMARTS».

In 2003 an interregional contest «Mom, dad and me is a mobile family» was arranged. JSC «SMARTS» initiated it. More than 500 artworks were received from 16 regions of «SMARTS» network. This action resulted in 2004 corporate-image calendar. In future the cooperation with art schools is planned so that to create 2005 calendar.

For many years Samarasky Academic Drama Theatre named after Gorky, Samarsky State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, PUrVO Officer house have been «SMARTS» friends. JSC «SMARTS» and Samara State Philharmonic arranged a cooperate action devoted to the Day of children protect. That action overcame the frontiers of Samara region: «SMARTS» made and makes presents to children in all the regions.

An old friendship connects JSC «SMARTS» and Samara football child club «Zhiguli — SMARTS». This club has become a member of Samara football major league. As a sponsor JSC «SMARTS» actively participates in an annual track and field athletics tournament for the prize of Governor of Samara region. We plan to support the sport institutions of Yoshkar-Ola, Ulyanovsk, Astrakhan and other regions.
