• local-site communication;
• intercity and international communication;
• roaming.

«SMARTS» company offers to its subscribers a zone of intra-network roaming with the uniform tariffs. 2003 year-end zone includes Astrakhan, Volgograd, Ivanovo, Orenburg, Penza, Rostov, Samara, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Ulyanovsk, Cheliabinsk and Yaroslavl regions; Bashkortostan, Kalmykia, MariyEl, Mordovia, Tatarstan and Chuvashia Republics; Primorski Krai, Krosnoyarsk and Krasnodarsk Territory.
