SMARTS was reregistered into Open Joint Stock Company
On the 5th of March 2008 SMARTS was reregistered into Open Joint Stock Company “Interregional Volga radio Telecommunication Company (SMARTS)”. SMARTS organization chart was registered as well.

This reregistration is necessary for SMARTS to make the business clear and open, attractive for investors. Decision to change the company into OJSV, made by investors in current February, allows them to act free and go to IPO (initial public offering of SMARTS shares at Russian Stock Exchange)
