SMARTS acquires Alcatel-Lucent solution to upgrade its wireless network
Paris, Moscow 2008. Today Alcatel-Lucent announced that Russian operator ZAO SMARTS acquires its new solutions GSM/GPRS/EDGE to upgrade wireless network. The project will have several stages, with first one completed by April 2008.
